Football is my favorite sport. Do you love playing football, too? There's no need to hesitate why we love this kind of sport so much. In reality, this sport has plenty of benefits, such as:
1. Make us healthy. A sport absolutely keeps us healthy and so does football. If we play football regularly and do it optimally, we can feel healthy and even build our muscle.
2. Improve our discipline. Because football players are playing in the team, they have to deal with many coach and other players. It requires discipline to be a great footballer, right?
3. Increase self-esteem and self-confidence. Personally, this is what I experienced from playing football. I find myself more confident after joining a football club. Maybe, it's because I meet more friends or I feel so skillful.
